Introducing Matt Logee & John Dean Pirte
Matt Logee and Dean Pirtle have over 24 years of combined residential real estate appraising experence. Coverage areas include Beaufort and Jasper Counties in South Carolina as well as Chatham County in Georgia.
Matt Logee is a graduate of John Carroll University and moved to Hilton Head Island, SC in 1999. He has been appraising in the area since 2004. His service area includes Hilton Head Island and Bluffton, SC and covers everything from land and condominium appraisals to multi-million dollar ocean-front property appraisals. John Dean Pirtle is a graduate of Indiana State University and moved to Hilton Head Island, SC in early 1998. He is now a resident of Bluffton, SC and has been appraising in the area since 2001.
